Job Description
* Title of the Position: Media Management Intern
* Location: Interlomas, Mexico
* Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.
* Profile: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Analytics and Insights or related fields.
* Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000mxnto9,000 mxn to 9,000mxnto18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
* Duration: 12-18 months.
* Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 202X and June 202X. English Advanced.
* Start Date: As soon as possible

* About the role:
The Media Management Intern will support the media team in managing media strategy, plans, budget, and advertising campaigns, handling digital & traditional asset adaptation, and analyzing performance to drive brand growth for Procter & Gamble. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Some of your tasks will be:
* Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across various platforms (digital, social, traditional).
* Support the management of digital asset libraries, ensuring the right creatives are available for impactful digital campaigns.
* Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify emerging media trends and best practices.
* Collect and analyze media performance data, generating reports and insights to inform future strategy to grow the brand's mental availability.
* Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
* Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing for media expenditures.
* Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and learning from experienced professionals.
* Support ad-hoc projects related to media strategy and operations as needed.

Job Qualifications
* Hard Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Data analysis and interpretation
* Knowledge or coursework in digital marketing, media planning, or data analysis
* Soft Skills:
* Strong passion to win, learn and go the extra mile to achieve results
* Strong executional skills with attention to detail and time management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

* Nice to Have Skills:
* Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing, media planning, or data analysis
* Enthusiasm for the consumer goods industry and a desire to learn about media management
