Update the Value Stream Mapping of the business units to accurately identify non-value-added activities, update cycle times and material/information flow, and establish a comprehensive continuous improvement plan that increases operational efficiency, reduces waste, and ensures alignment with current organizational standards.Activities:
* Support video recording and time analysis activities on production lines.
* Support the mapping of operations for each business unit.
* Design standards for the plant's visual factory system.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

The student will be developed in:

* Time and motion studies.
* Material Information Flow Chart.
* Training on Visual Management standards.

Requirements:

* Availability for 1 year as an active student (enrolled at the University until June-July 2027).
* Availability to cover 7 morning hours from Monday to Friday, preferably from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
* Student of: Industrial Engineering, Graphic Design, or Industrial and Systems Engineering.
* Must have a Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC).
* English level: Basic to Intermediate (speaking, writing, and listening).
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
