Job Purpose
You will join our Site Finance team in Pakistan as an ACCA Trainee. You will support financial analysis, reporting, month-end close and accounting tasks. You will work closely with finance colleagues across sites and with business partners. We value curiosity, attention to detail and a drive to learn. Responsibilities
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and preparing analysis of actual vs planned spend.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and routine management reports.
- Help maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
- Support in preparing plans/ budgets
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances with business partners.
- Support audit and tax requests by preparing schedules and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and use systems to automate routine tasks.

Education, Experience and Skills
- ACCA (Qualified/ Part Qualified) is required for this role.
- Fresh to 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and basic understanding of IFRS.
- Comfortable working with financial reporting tools and data extraction.
- Demonstrated problem solving and a proactive approach to learning.
