This Position reports to:Administration Section Manager

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administration Intern to support the Administration Team in daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience in office administration, employee services, and event coordination within an international environment.

Responsibilities
* Support reception and front-office activities
* Assist in the organization and coordination of internal events
* Support the Benefits Team with administrative tasks
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Administration Team
* Assist with various ad hoc tasks and process improvements

Requirements
* Active student status
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Good English (written and spoken)
