We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented P2P Support Center Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will support Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) operations by handling queries, assisting internal users and suppliers, and gaining hands-on experience in finance processes and systems. This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical knowledge of P2P workflows, invoice lifecycle, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.
* Develop a solid understanding of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including invoice handling and payment flows in systems such as SAP and Basware;
* Provide first-level support for P2P-related queries from internal users and suppliers, ensuring timely and professional communication;
* Assist in handling and resolving tickets in tools like Outlook and Founda, in line with service level expectations and quality standards;
* Support business users and buyers by guiding them through basic P2P processes and helping resolve common workflow or invoice-related issues;
* Learn to identify and escalate issues appropriately, collaborating with teams such as Invoice Management and Procurement;
* Contribute to monitoring P2P processes to detect basic issues such as delays, mismatches, or blocked invoices;
* Gain experience in analysing recurring issues and supporting root cause identification under supervision
* Participate in maintaining process documentation and knowledge materials to support continuous improvement and user education;
* Support execution of key controls and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to company policies and audit requirements;
* Continuously build knowledge and skills to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality in P2P operations.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes and respond professionally to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers;
* Strong motivation to learn and grow within P2P/Finance processes and systems;
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and eagerness to understand root causes of issues;
* Customer-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
* Good organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities;
* Team player with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback;
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Outlook and Excel);
* Willingness to learn systems such as SAP, Basware, and ServiceNow;
* Sense of responsibility and reliability in completing assigned tasks;
