Your role

We're looking for Model Risk Infrastructure & Operations Specialist to:

* turn data into an asset across the organization
* design, coordinate, and implement analytical business and technology solutions to support innovation initiatives and process improvements
* actively identifying opportunities for continual enhancement to achieve 'best in class' approach to model risk data management
* contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of the model risk analytics, data quality and reporting framework, producing high quality, value-adding analytics
* support maintenance and development of the model risk infrastructure across the bank

Your team

You'll be working in the Model Risk Governance & Infrastructure team in Poland. We are a central team that maintain, develop and oversee the bank-wide model risk infrastructure for all model types. That gives us an unique opportunity to stay on top of current business and industry trends in model risk.

Your expertise

* Analytical skills and proven experience with data analysis. Strong academic background would be a plus
* Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of SQL. Working knowledge of other analytical/reporting tools and programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, MS Power Platform, GitLab) is an advantage
* Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
* Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and professionalism
