We are currently seeking an IT Support and Systems Trainee to join Bosch Service Solutions in Ovar. The selected candidate will be part of an Iberian IT team, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Main responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support to Service Desk Service Solutions.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues within a Helpdesk context.
* Support operational topics related to sending and receiving orders.
* Assist with matters related to local IT infrastructure.
* Contribute proactively to daily IT support activities, ensuring service quality and continuity

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Habilitações

What distinguishes you:
* Relevant studies/training in IT field
* Mandatory languages: Portuguese (native) and English (fluency). Spanish would be a plus.
* Knowledge in installing, setting-up and repairing computers
* Windows operational system knowledge
* Proactive and initiative-driven mindset
* Strong willingness to learn and support different IT-related topics.
* Ability to work collaboratively within an international team.
* Interest in IT support, systems, and infrastructure environments
