Your contribution to something big:
* Assist with the management of bug reports and ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution;
* Perform data entry and maintain the accuracy of databases and system information;
* Collect and present information on various topics as needed by the team;
* Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for both local and international team functions
