What you'll do You'll support a variety of initiatives (no two days are the same), including: * Helping deliver internal projects and process improvements * Supporting risk management activities and operational reporting * Preparing internal communications and analytical materials (presentations, summaries, dashboards) * Coordinating with stakeholders across the bank (local and offshore colleagues) * Managing multiple tasks at once, prioritising effectively, and keeping communication clear and timely What we're looking for * University student (Finance / Economics / Marketing or similar) * Fluent Czech and English (spoken and written); Czech native speaker preferred * Strong team player with a "see it through" mindset: ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail * Comfortable multitasking and meeting deadlines in a corporate environment * Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word * Available around 20 hours per week; hybrid working setup The hourly salary range for this position will be CZK 230 - CZK 250. The role is based on a "Work Activity Agreement".
