ING Hubs Romania offers 130 services in software development, data management, non-financial risk & compliance, audit, and retail operations to 24 ING units worldwide, with the help of over 2000 high-performing engineers, risk, and operations professionals.

Your day to day
* Volunteering activities - empower your colleagues to support social causes through skilled volunteering initiatives and community projects.
* Employee engagement - increase community involvement through internal communication campaigns, events and engagement platforms.
* Sustainability initiatives - support the communication, organization and implementation of activities that help reduce our environmental footprint.
* Project coordination - assist in planning, tracking and executing sustainability and social impact projects across the organization.
* Events management - support the organization of internal sustainability events, volunteering activities and awareness campaigns.
* Stakeholder collaboration - work with colleagues, suppliers, NGOs and other partners to deliver sustainability and community engagement initiatives.
* Content creation - create engaging content for internal communication channels, including articles, presentations, newsletters and social media posts.

What you'll bring to the team
* A genuine interest in sustainability, social impact and community engagement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent English skills (verbal and written).
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with communication tools, graphic design or content creation (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
* Personal competencies: empathy, integrity, collaboration, initiative, creativity and a passion for positive social and environmental impact.

Internship duration: 6 months
Work schedule: Full time, flexible work schedule.
