Your tasks

* Assist in mechanical maintenance and process optimization for tire production equipment.
* Support data collection and analysis for performance improvement.
* Participate in root cause analysis and propose technical solutions.
* Contribute to documentation and reporting for engineering projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on industrial engineering and product industrialization tasks.

Your profile

* Student in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering;
* Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial processes;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
* Familiarity with SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor (CAD design);
* Good communication skills in English;
* Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings;
* Pneumatic/hydraulic knowledge and schematics;
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn;
