Job Description
💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As a Intern, Mechanical Design and Process Development you will support the operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members.
🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
* Conduct in-depth literature and patent reviews on EV battery disassembly & repair technologies.
* Develop and evaluate cost-effective concepts for EV battery disassembly and repair operations.
* Define relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to justify economical and technical benefits.
* Validate developed concepts through experimental prototyping and testing.
* Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and presentations and support demonstrations

Qualifications
👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
* Able to work full time for a period of 6 months (August 2026 onwards).
* Undergraduate or graduate studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics, or computer science.
* Experience in mechanical design and manufacturing process development with proficiency in Python programming.
* Understanding of EV battery systems, disassembly workflows, or mechanical workshop operations.
* Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and presentation abilities
