Business Development Intern - [FMCG - Food & Beverages] (Fall 2026)

Descripción del puesto:

* Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in planning and executing campaigns, brand activations and strategic initiatives
* Assist in relationship management with key sellers by supporting day-to-day coordination and addressing operational needs
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, new growth opportunities, and potential sellers beyond mainstream brands
* Coordinate and execute operational tasks for campaigns, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution from planning to post-campaign analysis
* Gain hands-on exposure to the groundwork and execution of large-scale campaigns on Shopee
* Apply creative and innovative problem-solving approaches to support category and seller performance

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Currently studying in a recognised university or polytechnic
* Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
* Proactive, takes initiative, and accountable for deadlines and deliverables
* Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
* Entrepreneurial spirit
* Work well in a dynamic environment
* Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
* Analytical and comfortable with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
* Relevant experience in e-commerce is a plus
