About Global Payment The International Payment Team (PIPO) is responsible for providing professional overseas payment and financial services for all of ByteDance's international businesses, and is committed to building a world-leading payment and financial technology platform. The LLM Algorithms Team is responsible for utilizing cutting-edge language and multimodal large model technologies to solve core issues such as user experience and operational efficiency, supporting the implementation of global international payment businesses including risk control, compliance, and credit. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities - Improve product quality and efficiency through technical means such as tool platform development, automated testing and performance testing; - Have the ability to improve the test process, which includes the development, test and release process; - Have strong quality analytical ability, and able to abstract common problems through online problems and solve them pertinently; - Good at finding, positioning, analysing and summarising problems; - Prospective technology research and application, applying appropriate technology to improve business quality. - Collaborate with engineers on the team to improve global payment core systems;

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Final year with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline; - Good computer foundation, highly proficient in at least one of the programming languages: Python, Java, Go, C/C++; - Candidates with AI-related experience will be given priority consideration. - Solid data structure and algorithm foundation; - Good logical thinking and team communication skills; - Have a passion for computer science and Internet technology, strong interest in software quality assurance Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship in quality assurance work is a plus.
