Descripción del puesto:
* Communicate, liaise and drive service points-related projects, including operation excellence and marketing
* Identify service-level gaps and improve user experience between sellers, service points and buyers
* Monitor operation performance, collaborate with both internal and external teams (e.g. fleet, relationship managers, product management team) to ensure stable and excellent service delivery to service points
* Assist in full project lifecycle from initiating, planning, executing and monitoring
* Assist team members in other tasks assigned
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL is an advantage
* Able to communicate ideas and plans with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
* Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
* Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
