Human Resource Operations Intern (f/m/x)

Full time, 4 January 2027 - 30 June 2027

What awaits you?

* Be part of the Local HR team to support HR operations, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Orientation activities.

* Support and promote HR communications through internal channels such as newsletters, email communications, intranet, and SharePoint pages.

* Assist in the review and updating of HR policies, processes, and documentation.

* Support the coordination of HR projects and local employee engagement activities.

* Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives.

What You Should Bring Along

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

* Comfortable working with digital tools, with an interest in learning about HR processes and process improvements.

* Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

* A commitment to an internship period of at least 6 months.
