Business Development Intern - [Lifestyle - Home & Living] (Summer 2026)

Descripción del puesto:

* Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) with daily operational tasks related to campaigns and strategic initiatives in the Home & Living category
* Gain exposure to established global and local brands
* Conduct competitor analysis and extensive research to gain insights into the competitive landscape across various key sub-categories, i.e Furniture, Beddings, Bathroom
* Participate and delve into strategy and execution of new initiatives to grow those key sub-categories
* Identify and engage niche sellers to participate in Shopee campaigns, driving their long-term growth and success
* Apply creative and innovative problem-solving strategies to overcome challenges and optimise outcomes

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline
* Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
* Entrepreneurial spirit, works well in a dynamic environment
* Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
* Analytical and comfortable with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
* Relevant experience in e-commerce and knowledge of local fashion and/or lifestyle industries is an advantage
* Full-time interns
