Clinical Study Support - Student Worker

We are looking for a student to work approximately 15 hours per week, increasing during summer months as a Clinical Study Support. This will be a 12-month temporary part time contract role.

As the successful candidate you will be involved in coordination and delivery of specialized operational activities according to ICH GCP, international and local regulations, and relevant GSK written standards. You will also play a supportive and coordinating role as a member of the GMASE (Global Monitoring and Site Engagement) Nordic cluster and is responsible for contributing to various teams.

In this role you will
* Support the Contract & Budget team and Operational Specialists in Finance.
* Upload contracts in electronic systems.
* Upload payment data in Veeva system.
* Compile and create historically received data per country.
* Preform quality control of site contracts.
* Support in executing Confidentiality Agreements, Conflict of Interest forms and collecting Data Privacy Notices.
* Support with Pharmacy contracts.
* Support other teams within the GMASE Nordic cluster as necessary and relevant, e.g. Submission Team with
* Redaction of documents for submission in Clinical Trial Information System
* Quality controls of redactions performed
* etc

Why you?
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Vocational qualification in area of expertise, Student at University/Higher Vocational Education in latter part of education, relevant for the position, e.g. Economics, Administration
* Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel
* Good skills in using electronic systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
* Self-motivated with ability to work productively in a self-managed environment, managing priorities and working across several tasks.
* Strong organizational skills (e.g, planning, scheduling, prioritizing, decision making, problem solving, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:
* Experience working in an office environment.
