COTY TRAVEL RETAIL (TRE) EUROPE is seeking a talented, highly motivated intern to work with COTY's Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team. The Marketing Manager Assistant will support the Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team across the entire brand portfolio on a 12-month fixed term basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Marketing Manager Assistant Intern, you are responsible for supporting the Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team in the development and execution of brand plans that deliver profitable business growth through insight-led strategy.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Marketing Activations
Assist in the development and execution of direct-to-consumer activations, such as traffic tools, GWPs, product sleeves, consumer contests, etc.
Coordinate the full process: assets creation, approval with Global Brand Teams, production and shipment.
Presentations
Support the Marketing Team in the preparation of key presentations, including ordering sample products, room decoration, and any other necessary marketing materials (e.g. booklets, posters, gifts, etc.).
Market Research
Gather and analyze consumer and market trends, competitors' best practices, and retailers' activations, driving learnings and recommendations to be shared with the Multifunctional Team on a monthly basis.
Sales Team support
Be able to direct Sales & Merchandising Teams to the right Brands guidelines and assets (in-store, digital, concept sell).
Work with the Merchandising Managers to build an internal in-store picture library for our Collections, then extending the best practices to all other Brands.
Business Analysis
Help to prepare analysis for monthly brand reviews, including tracking new launches and brand performance, and defining the underlying performance root causes.
Other ad hoc requests to support the Marketing Team as required, including competitor deep dives, sell-in/sell-out analysis, other research projects.
Forecast
Help to maintain the accuracy of the offerings tracker, and track and ensure the completion of every offering by the Sales Team.
Support the TREX and Giftsets Manager in the preparation of consolidated Brand offerings.
Support the Marketing Team in the offerings' sufficiency analysis.
Digital and E-commerce
Ensure perfect execution of Coty Prestige Brands on e-Retail sites:
Update Brand and Product Pages content, assets and layout as per Brand guidelines.
Conduct regular Brand audit to ensure compliance with copyrights and visual guidelines.
Build competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across e-Retailers and Brands, and share expertise and recommendations with the Marketing Team.
Update e-Retailers assortment and master data as per retailers' process and drumbeat.
Develop proposals and assets for e-Retail packages (banners, newsletters, etc.).
Assets Management and Development
Manage Brand assets and folders, downloading key documents, campaign toolkits, pack-shots and saving to campaign folders in the drive. Be the Team expert on DAM database.
Assist on day-to-day project management needs for key campaign assets (digital, PR, in-store).
Assist in the development and creation of 'ad hoc' creative assets to be used across the Brand's multiple touch points (online, e-com, social media, printed leaflets, GWPs, traffic tools, product sleeves, etc.).
Coordinating the development and approval process with Global Brand Teams, internal teams, agencies, retailers and ad hoc.
The Marketing Team consists of 7 professionals, and you will work closely together with several departments, such as Merchandising, Commercial, Supply, Finance, and Global Travel Retail Teams.

You have a passion for marketing and have a sharp, analytical mind at the same time. As our Marketing Manager Assistant intern, you enjoy working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
* Currently studying Management, Marketing, Business or Economics.
* Experience in Marketing and Beauty and/or Fashion. Travel Retail experience is a plus.
* Fluent in English. French and Spanish are a plus.
* Master usage of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
* Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
* Demonstrates a passion for Brand building.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: Proven ability to develop creative solutions, thinking analytically and conceptually. Solution provider and problem solver.
