Performance Analytics & Automation Intern (SPX Express)

Descripción del puesto:

* Build & Maintain Automated Workflows: Design and deploy workflows using n8n (a workflow automation tool) to connect logistics data streams with Smart (internal/external sheets/databases) and Claude AI.
* Functional Gap Analysis: Utilize automated prompts to analyze daily and weekly performance reports, automatically flagging operational bottlenecks and explaining why certain lanes or hubs are underperforming.
* Data Pipeline Monitoring: Ensure the automation pipeline runs smoothly, translating complex logistics metrics into easily digestible, automated deep-dive summaries for management.
* Track Simple Performance Metrics: Monitor core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Success Failure Rates (SFR), Lead Time compliance, and Hub-to-Hub processing speeds.
* Optimize Lane Performance: Identify underperforming transit lanes and collaborate with regional teams to establish simple, actionable control metrics that improve overall lane health.
* Reporting & Data Visualization: Help build and maintain simple dashboards or tracking sheets to give the operations team a clear view of daily performance trends

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn low-code automation tools (like n8n, Make, or Zapier) and leveraging LLM APIs (like Claude or OpenAI).
* Data Literacy: Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (vlookup, pivot tables, basic data structuring). Experience with SQL or Tableau/PowerBI is a strong plus but not mandatory.
* Communication: Good communication skills in Thai and English to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
