The Sales Coordinator Internship is in charge of the Sales and Marketing department office organization by assisting the Sales team in all administrative matters related to the Sales & Marketing department including handling enquiries; making bookings and appointments; drafting proposals and contracts; and preparing and assisting in property visits to support the department to achieve and exceed the forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage and all other revenue departments.

Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
* Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups
* Help manage documentation such as contracts, quotations, and invoices
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes
* Provide general administrative support to the sales team

Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
