About The Team The Global Payment team provides payment and financial solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on the TikTok platform. Participate in the development of core Global Payment web capabilities, covering financial products such as Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), insurance, and consumer credit, TikTok Pay wallet, standalone payment apps and H5, AI exploration, and other key areas. - Payment & wallet products: Address cross-country payment rule differences, multiple payment method combinations, and complex business scenarios. Design and build highly reliable and highly available web checkout, transaction front-ends, and the TikTok Pay wallet (account systems, fund management, local wallet integrations), continuously improving transaction success rate, user payment experience, and system stability, and providing the account and fund foundation for higher-level financial products. - Financial product scenarios: Focus on core financial products such as Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), insurance, and consumer credit. Design and build web/H5 front-end solutions for complex flows including application, underwriting, credit limits, repayment, policy purchase, and fulfillment, delivering clear, trustworthy, and easy-to-use financial product experiences under multi-country compliance and risk-control requirements, and helping financial products scale. - Architecture scenarios: Participate in front-end architecture governance and foundational capability building, including componentization and component libraries, micro-frontends, dynamic/low-code page building, engineering systems, container capabilities, performance optimization, accessibility and responsiveness, and stability and monitoring, enhancing system reusability, scalability, and overall R&D efficiency. - AI scenarios: Participate in the application of AI in front-end development and core business scenarios, helping build an AI-driven R&D and system capability framework. This includes, but is not limited to, improving development efficiency through AI, such as code generation, workflow-driven development, and business understanding; participating in the design and practice of AI Native / Agentic Commerce capabilities, including interaction models and capability abstractions for agents; exploring and contributing to cutting-edge AI payment capabilities and industry-standard protocols; and promoting intelligent capabilities across payment and financial flows, such as decision intelligence, recommendation intelligence, and experience intelligence, to continuously improve engineering efficiency and business outcomes. Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, Telecommunications, or related fields; candidates who can commit to at least 3 continuous months are preferred. - Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer networks. - Good front-end fundamentals, proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, familiar with modern front-end frameworks such as React, and able to complete front-end feature development under guidance. - Good coding habits and strong learning ability, eager to quickly pick up new technologies and business domains, with the ability to write clear, stable, and maintainable code under guidance. - Strong problem-solving ability and self-motivation, with willingness to deeply understand business logic and technical details. - Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly communicate problems, progress, and risks. Preferred Qualifications - Familiar with state management solutions (e.g., Redux) and mainstream build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Babel. - Understanding of backend and front-end/back-end collaboration fundamentals, including Node.js, RESTful APIs, and HTTP protocols. - Interest or practical experience in AI-Native development, including AI Coding, code understanding, automated test generation, knowledge base construction, and R&D workflow automation. - Relevant front-end experience through internships, course projects, competitions, or open-source projects, with hands-on practice in the above tech stack. - Passionate about the fintech/payment industry and eager to build world-class financial products, or experience in large-scale internet products, e-commerce, payments, finance, or risk control
