[Internship] Controlling Intern

Job Description

* Release block orders (Includes ASA)
* Run Sales report weekly (OI + OH + AR)
* Prepare data for Credit limit review (2 times per year)
* Weekly AR review with sale and validate comment.
* Stock take / stock take adjustments
* Prepare slide for Performance review
* Sales Commentary
* Support to prepare finance and controlling training slides
* Support to Ecommerce reconciliation report
* Support to raise JV (accrual, reclass,….)

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Entitled as full-time student during a 6-month internship period with a major in FinanAccounting or other majors in the field of Economics
* Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
* Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Teams, and Outlook
* Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Time management and task management skills
* Detail-oriented and be able to work under pressure
* Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
* Positive, enthusiastic, open to feedback and willing to learn
