Job Description

* Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.
* Process invoice for payment on time.
* Maintain monthly billing report for domestics transport and wareshousing
* Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.
* Prepare monthly reports per supervisor's request.
* Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time

Qualifications

* Pursuing Bachelor's degree
* Mandatory languages: English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, hardworking, and independent work approach
* Can-do attitude with genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional development
* Experience in school or social activities is advantageous
