About Our Team TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Assist in the development and execution of live streaming strategies, monitor and analyze the performance of operations, providing actionable insights for improvement. 2. Provide guidance and support to creators, helping them to optimize their content and grow their audiences and revenue. 3. Collaborate with live agencies to enhance their operations and organizational capability. 4. Planning and executing local events to enhance content diversity and overall revenue. 5. Understand the psychology and behavior of creators and users in the local markets, provide constructive and exploratory suggestions to improve user experience and resolve issues

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications 1. Able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. 2. Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline 3. Proficiency in Vietnamese and fluency in English. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Preferred Qualifications 1. Strong interest in the live streaming industry and familiarity with current trends. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
