We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission: Public Private Partnership Alliance Junior Manager - VIE Contract (W/M/D) Target start date: 01/09/2024 Responsibilities: - Strengthening Sanofi's external innovation capacity by supporting the alliance management of public private partnerships. - Supporting effectively and results-oriented the preparation and implementation of complex public private partnership consortia with external partners for Sanofi R&D and affiliates. - Overviewing and documenting the corresponding alliance portfolio. - Monitoring of project progress based on relevant KPIs and milestones. - Providing periodical reporting on project status and progress. - Proactive management in the case of issues arising in alliances. - Updating profiles in reporting and project documentation tools and other tracking systems. - Establishing one-page executive partnership briefing documents. - Full team integration and participation in all relevant departmental meetings

Profil requis du candidat:

- Scientific, Medical or Pharma degree preferred. - Master of Business Administration or other business/legal degree with some link/experience in pharmaceutical industry or R&D could also be considered. - Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sectors and the drug development process would be a plus. - Experience in alliance or project management, contracting or intellectual property management would be an asset. - Fluency in English (TOEIC/TOEFL or other certificate preferred). - Knowledge of German, French or other language would be considered as an asset. - Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and to build cross-functional and external relationships. - Good organization and time management skills. - Knowledge of MS Office. - Self-motivated and an excellent team player. - Willing to work under tight deadlines and to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
