Missions

In an evolving banking environment, we are seeking a versatile professional to strengthen our internal control framework and support our transformation projects.

- Strengthening the Internal Control Framework; Diagnosis and Continuous Improvement; Analyze the current internal control framework and identify areas for improvement;

- Management and Monitoring; Ensure regular monitoring of plan progress and performance indicators;

- Change Management; Train and raise awareness among teams regarding new procedures and controls;

- Anacredit Reporting Enhancement. Support the COO in automating Anacredit regulatory reporting (granular financial data transmitted to the National Bank of Belgium);

- Support for Local IT Projects; Participate in the deployment of new technological solutions provided by the Group;

A curious and high-performing candidate may be entrusted with additional responsibilities

To be eligible for a VIE :
- Be less than 28 years ;
- Be graduated of Master Degree ;
- Be EU citizens

You are postgraduate of a Master degree from an University, a Business School or an Engineering School with a specialization in Economics / Finance / Management Engineering.

Niveau d'expérience minimum

0 - 2 ans

Expérience

A previous experience as PMO could be a plus.

Compétences recherchées

Hard Skills :

- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting matters ;
- Knowledge of project management activities ;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (particularly Excel) ;
- Fluent English is required ;

Soft Skills :

- Ability to communicate clearly and easily ;
- Ability to analyse and summarise ;
- Rigour and sense of organisation ;
- Apprehension of results and priorities ;
- Teamworking spirit
