Baxter R&D Analytical team within the Nutrition and IV department is looking for a new VIE to work in the laboratory for R&D projects and investigations on Baxter products. The VIE will support product development or product sustainability activities through the operation of multiple measurements and process tools complying with quality and regulatory specifications or requirements. He/She will also support a variety of projects by performing laboratory activities described in protocols/requests/studies led by study directors. Role and responsibilities: - Perform sample testing to support product under development - Conduct or support the development of qualitative and quantitative methods - Document results in Electronic Laboratory Notebook according to established GDP procedures - Write study protocol, perform laboratory work and write report. - Collaborate with other functions such as project management, functional leads (E&L, Formulation, Analytical, quality, …) - Contribute to problems solving efforts to meet urgent business needs / maintain timeline - Adhere to Quality System requirements and ensure GMP and GDP standards; also adhere to general and specific environmental, health and safety guidelines

Profil requis du candidat:

- Good knowledge in chromatography and other analytical techniques like UV, titration… - Communication skills to build relationships across functional and geographical boundaries and present technical results/plans to technical and non-technical teams. - Personal responsibility and independent ownership of analysis and results. - Ability to identify technical issues thanks to critical mindset - Scientific curiosity & honesty - Must be able to challenge the status quo and to demonstrate a pro-active attitude - A good understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and cGxP practice - Ability to adapt to changes and to work in a team environment. - Read and written English is a must. French or English spoken
