DESIGN LEADER VIE - Pune, India

Job description

As a Design Leader, you will be working with at the Pune technical center in India. You will be part of an international team to follow-up on the technical center missions and objectives :

Your main tasks will be:

* Ensuring product design and architecture to meet the customer quality requirements (including weight, recycling, specifications), PO manufacturing requirements (design for manufacturing) as well as all costs and timing expectations.

* Managing functionally the CAD resources to fulfill the design.

* Ensuring PO Design Standard are implemented (PODS & Technical Solutions)

You will be monitored on different KPI's and/or main deliverables as the ones below:

* CTQ (Critical to Quality) convergence

* Isostatism file and stack-up analysis folders

* Style-surfaces analysis

* Design review actions plans

* Product/Part 3D + 2D data

Profile

You are a highly motivated young graduate from an engineering school or university with a strong interest for a technical environment, especially in process engineering. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country).

You are a team player, a self-learner and have good leadership skills. You have worked in project management before as well as automation and robotics. You have a good business communication skill as well as brainstorming and benchmarking. You are also comfortable with the CATIA V5 software.

You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn and work in a team, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career. A first experience or internship in the automotive sector can be a plus.

Your English is fluent, and another language is a plus.
