Job Description:
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:
* European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)
* Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
* Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

The contract duration of VIE is between 18 to 24 months.

A VIE for a Project Management has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Kuala Lumpur Putrajaya, Malaysia. You will join Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) Processes, Methods & Tools.

You will join Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) department, which designs and delivers to Airline customers Powered By The Hour (PBH) guaranteed services ranging from Component supply and repair to Fleet Technical Management. This includes material supply, repair services, reliability optimization, aircraft maintenance/MRO and fleet engineering.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:
* Identify improvement potentials (task automation, new IT tool implementation) in collaboration with process experts and key users.
* Perform mapping of current processes and lead multi-functional team discussions on to-be process definitions.
* Manage improvement projects: defining project scope and establishing timelines, specifying business requirements for digital solutions, and coordinating development with key users.

This role will involve some travel for business occasionally in Asia Pacific and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering with a specilization in Information Systems Management, Digitalization or a related discipline.
* A first experience in IT Project Management or Aviation Operations (apprenticeships and internships included).
* Strong understanding of airline operations, aircraft maintenance (MRO), and supply chain principles.
* Knowledge of programming (Low-Code/No-Code), APIs, data analysis, and Big Data solutions.

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:
* Self-Starter: Highly proactive and autonomous with a strong sense of initiative.
* Global Mindset: Ability to thrive within complex, fast-paced, and international environments.
* Operational Excellence: Very good organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize effectively.
* Communication: A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Language Skills: Negotiation level of English. Intermediate level of French would be a plus.

Missions et responsabilités :
Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :
* Identifier les potentiels d'amélioration (automatisation des tâches, nouveaux outils informatiques) en collaboration avec les experts processus.
* Réaliser la cartographie des processus actuels et animer des discussions d'équipe plurifonctionnelles pour définir les processus cibles.
* Gérer les projets d'amélioration : définition du périmètre, calendrier, spécifications des besoins métier pour les solutions digitales, coordination des tests et du déploiement.

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir occasionnellement en Asie-Pacifique et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :
* Titulaire d'un diplôme (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l'Ingénierie avec une spécialisation en Systèmes d'Information, Transformation numérique ou discipline apparentée.
* Une première expérience en Gestion de projet IT ou Opérations Aéronautiques (apprentissages et stages compris).
* Solides connaissances en opérations aériennes, maintenance aéronautique (MRO) et principes de la supply chain.
* Maîtrise de l'analyse de données, des solutions Big Data et des plateformes Low-Code/No-Code.

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :
* Proactivité, autonomie et sens de l'initiative.
* Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements internationaux complexes.
* Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de priorisation et de communication.
* Compétences linguistiques : Niveau Négociation en Anglais. Un niveau Intermédiaire en Français est un plus.
