Apprentice I
Principle Accountabilities
* Display rudimentary understanding of business area functions
* Perform basic job role functions with close supervision
* Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks
* Operate required business area office equipment, business technology and software with close supervision
* Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications
* Perform basic problem-solving functions
* Identify incremental process changes
* Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements
* Distribute business area required information, materials or documentation

Apprentice II
Principal Accountabilities
* Display advanced understanding of business area functions
* Perform advanced job role functions with moderate supervision
* Operate required business area office equipment, business technology and software with minimal supervision
* Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications
* Perform advanced problem-solving functions related to the business area
* Identify and recommend incremental process changes
* Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements
* Distribute business area required information, materials or documentation

Apprentice III
Principal Accountabilites
* Displays specialized understanding of business area functions
* Perform advanced job role functions with minimal supervision
* Independently operate required business area office equipment, business technology and software
* Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications
* Perform advanced problem-solving functions related to the business area
* Identify, recommend and implement incremental process changes
* Monitor, report and recommend improvements based on business area measurements
* Distribute business area required information, materials or documentation
* Customer service and detail-oriented mind set
