The Level 6 Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship

* This degree-level apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to continue your education whilst working within a market leading organisation. You will earn a BA Hons Degree in Chartered Management from London Southbank University.
* As an apprentice, you will work 4 days a week at (COMPANY NAME)'s head office in Hanger Lane and one day allocated each week to attend London Southbank university.
* To gain an understanding of (COMPANY NAME), and to utilise your skills, you will have 3 yearly rotations throughout the business including client service (insight), business development and client operations.
* The degree course across 3 years will focus on the theory behind a range of business functions, such as Marketing, Finance and Strategic Management. There will be a combination of multiple-choice exams, coursework, presentations, dissertation, and an end point assessment.
* The day-to-day work at (COMPANY NAME) will give you the opportunity to apply and utilise the theory you have learnt in a live business environment.
* You will have a two-week induction programme where you will learn the fundamentals about our business and become confident to get going quickly. In addition, a comprehensive training programme across the 3 years will pave the way for you to have a fantastic career in delivering truly outstanding insight and achieving your commercial targets
* The opportunity to present your thinking, experiences and potential to the senior management team supporting you with your ongoing development and progression
* Providing you complete the degree including the end point assessment and meeting objectives (COMPANY NAME) will work with you on finding an appropriate role to move into at the end of the 3 years.

Role Purpose

Develop your knowledge and understanding of our industry, the (COMPANY NAME) business and our solutions whilst supporting your team to deliver a best-in-class service to our clients.

Throughout your 3 years on the Apprenticeship, you will be expected to:
* Build your understanding of all aspects of the Worldpanel business, our services, and solutions.
* Understand our core service methodology (and of other KWP panels/services) with the ability to present internally and respond to questions.
* Learn to use our software and platforms to analyse, visualise and accurately interpret our data.
* Develop your wider FMCG industry, market-specific and client portfolio knowledge.
* Own your own development by actively participating in learning opportunities, attending relevant training courses, and maintaining a live PDP with your line manager.
* Contribute fresh ideas to our approach to anything from client deliveries to internal processes that improve either the quality of the output or the efficiency in getting to it.
* Actively engage with more experienced apprentice cohorts before transitioning into a mentoring role for less experienced apprentice cohorts.

Entry requirements

In order to be eligible to apply for this apprenticeship, you must have or be predicted to achieve 3 A Levels with grades BCC in any subject or a BTEC with Distinction or Merit.

You must also have a Level 2/GCSE qualification in both Maths and English.

Application process and timelines

STEP 1 Apply:
You will need to submit an online application form, your CV and accompanying statement detailing why you want to become a (COMPANY NAME) apprentice. Deadline for submissions is Monday 8 July 2024.

Candidates who pass the initial application stage will be invited to complete an online assessment and video interview task.

STEP 2 Assessment Centre:
Successful candidates will be invited to a virtual Assessment Centre on Tuesday 13 August. This will enable you to demonstrate your relevant skills and abilities to the (COMPANY NAME) Team and University Provider.

STEP 3 Offer:
After the Assessment Centre, we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible with an outcome.
