Students enrolled in University of Engineering, Business Administration, Department of Economics, International Relations, Public Relations can work minimum three days (preferably 4 days) per week in our Bosch Bursa locations.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as an Indirect Purchasing Smart Start.
* Assistant to the Buyer (Category Expert) for Purchasing of Facility Management Services
* Support for CO2 Reduction activities at Suppliers
* Support for request for quotations from the suppliers
* Support for project creation, follow up and preparation of tenders
* Support for special projects and cost saving activities via directly contributing to result
* Support for preparation and execution of negotiations with suppliers
* Support for solving of complex problem with permanent measures
* Support for solving operational tasks with related departments (internal customers)
* Support regarding communication with suppliers and internal business partners
* Support for Supplier information update via using digital tools

Nitelikler:

* 3rd or 4th year of Bachelor or Master student of Engineering, Business Administration, Department of Economics, International Relations, Public Relations or related fields.
* Fluency in English (Excellent command of written and spoken English)
* Able to work min 3 days in a week during school period
* Able to work min 11 months (preferably 24 months) during school period
* Living in Bursa is a must
* Strong coordination and high communication skills together with teamwork abilities
* Highly social and positive personality in interpersonal communications
* Eager to learn, dynamic personality, willingness to take initiatives and new responsibilities
* Result and solution orientation with problem solving, analytical approach & proactive mindset
* High level of attention to details and planned & structured working style for multitasks
* Good command of MS Office applications especially MS Excel, Teams and PowerPoint (PowerBI applicable knowledge & concrete experience will be a plus during evaluation)
