Junior Engineer IT - Service (m/f/d)

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Mainly Assist in the installation, configuration, upgrading, and maintenance of various IT hardware and equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, and other related devices.

* Provide basic on-site and remote technical support to employees, ensuring quick response and resolution for hardware-related issues.

* Maintain records of IT hardware assets and assist in inventory tracking and management.

* Document technical procedures, update user guides, and maintain maintenance logs to support team knowledge sharing and standardization.

* Assist in routine maintenance tasks and help implement hardware performance improvement initiatives under senior engineers' guidance.

* Participate in IT projects such as hardware upgrades and data center setup.

Your Talents and Skills:

* You have a degree in business informatics or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist and convince with your experience in the configuration of IT systems

* Preferably you already have some experience in the area of IT service management (ITIL)

* Customer orientation is a matter of course for you. Your process-oriented way of thinking will help you to advise and support our employees correctly

* When things get trickier, you keep a clear mind. Your analytical mindset allows you to dive deep into technology and know exactly how to identify and solve problems

* You enjoy working in an international team

* With your communicative strength you keep calm and know exactly what is important to find the best solution for everyone

* You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English
