Job Description:
* Strategically plan key business metrics such as revenue, return rates, and discounts down to contribution margin
* Derive monthly targets from the annual business plan and communicate them to teams such as Merchandise Planning and Pricing for optimal management
* Monitor all relevant business and performance metrics and provide concrete recommendations for action
* Prepare cross-team ad-hoc analyses, reports, and dashboards
* Continuously develop, optimize, and automate planning and reporting processes
Qualifications:
* Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
* Initial relevant professional experience in planning, finance, controlling, or management consulting, ideally in a dynamic e-commerce or fashion environment
* Good understanding of common performance metrics and excellent MS Excel skills
* Strong analytical skills, high personal accountability, entrepreneurial thinking, and hands-on mentality
* Very good German or English skills
Nice To Have
* Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Google Looker Studio
