Job Description:

* Operative management of pricing based on internal KPIs, competitive position, and ABOUT YOU's strategic goals across more than 20 markets
* Analysis of assortment performance and derivation of concrete optimization measures
* Collaboration with the Pricing Engine Team to further develop a machine learning algorithm for price optimization, as well as coordination with other departments
* Identification and development of innovative projects to strengthen our pricing strategies
* Creation and continuous improvement of reports and dashboards to monitor relevant KPIs
* Improvement and implementation of automated pricing processes
* Execution of A/B tests to evaluate the effects of various discount strategies on performance

Qualifications:

* Successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus
* 1-4 years of experience in pricing, controlling, or analytics, ideally in the fashion or e-commerce sector
* Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical understanding
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
* Excellent communication skills in English

* Basic experience with SQL
