Are you ready to join us?
Your Role
* Providing initial support to Salesforce users by addressing basic inquiries and resolving common issues while collaborating with more senior colleagues to tackle complex challenges.
* Execution of basic administrative tasks within Salesforce, such as user management (creating and deactivating accounts, resetting passwords), and data entry, data health monitoring.
* Collaborating with more experienced team members to understand user needs and help facilitate communication between end-users and the Salesforce team to continuously improve system usage and adoption.
* Learning to develop and implement Low-Code solutions, such as creating basic reports, dashboards, and automations to support day-to-day business operations.
Your Profile
* Strong digital affinity and enthusiasm for the digitalization and automation of processes.
* Initial practical experience in the administration of a Salesforce environment, particularly in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
* Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Sales Cloud certifications are good to have.
* Experience in agile project work as well as with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
* Structured, analytical and proactive way of working as well as a high level of motivation and reliability.
* Advanced English proficiency as it is primary language for communication (German is a plus) and you thrive in an international team environment.
* You feel comfortable taking ownership and enjoy working as part of a team.
* Familiarity with tools such as Clay, recording tools (e.g. Just Call, Vinton), Mulesoft is a plus.
