We are currently recruiting a motivated Working Student to join Adobe's Travel, Transport & Media Enterprise Sales Team in Germany. You will become part of a diverse and high-performing sales organization, working alongside experienced Enterprise Account Directors and Sales Leaders who support some of the world's leading travel, transportation, and media brands.
A strong passion for technology, digital transformation, and sales is a prerequisite for this role. This position is designed for students who are interested in developing a future career in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or Business Development. You will gain valuable exposure to how Adobe helps global organizations transform customer experiences through its Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) Solutions.

This is a 12-month Working Student position starting on August/September 1, 2026 for a duration of 1 year.

What You'll Do
As part of the Travel, Transport & Media Enterprise Sales Team, you will support the execution of strategic sales initiatives and work closely with Adobe's Account Directors and Sales Leadership.
* Support Account Directors in pipeline generation, opportunity management, and account planning activities.
* Assist in the preparation of customer presentations, executive briefings, account reviews, and business cases.
* Support forecasting processes and help track business performance and sales development.
* Conduct customer, industry, and competitive research to identify new business opportunities and strategic insights.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Sales Operations.
* Independently drive selected projects and initiatives that contribute to sales effectiveness and business growth.
* Contribute to the optimization and further development of reporting structures, account management processes, and sales operations.
* Gain first-hand exposure to enterprise sales cycles, executive stakeholder engagement, and strategic account management.

What You'll Need to Succeed
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Sales, Digital Business, or a related field.
* Strong interest in Enterprise Sales, technology, digital transformation, and customer experience.
* Desire to develop a future career in sales, account management, consulting, or business development.
* Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and establish credibility.
* Strong analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented working style.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment.
* Confident, professional, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and customer-focused organization.
* High ethics, integrity, and humility, with a strong desire to contribute to team success.
* Ability to challenge the status quo and contribute innovative ideas that drive business impact.
