Job description
The Team
Join a dynamic and multicultural procurement team at the intersection of IT and business operations, where innovation meets execution. We operate in a global environment, collaborating across borders to drive procurement excellence. Our team is passionate about transforming procurement processes through smart policies, digital tools, and agile thinking. You'll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking group that values diversity, continuous learning, and impactful change.
The Role
* Design and implement procurement process improvements and policy updates under the supervision of Manager.
* Analyze current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing data-driven solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and category managers to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
* Document new procedures and support change management initiatives.
* Monitor compliance and contribute to internal audits and reporting.
* Also, you will:
* Manage Corporate Card/PCard program including but not limited to Americas.
* Manage customers' inquiries about the procurement policy and process, such as the process of vendor risk assessment and Sustainable Procurement, in collaboration with subject matter experts in each domain.
* Support Procurement Operations such as vendor master management, etc, as requested.
What You Will Bring
* A proactive mindset and curiosity about process optimization and procurement.
* A collaborative spirit and willingness to take initiative.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Understanding of procurement or supply chain principles (academic or internship experience welcome).
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Business level Spanish language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking.)
* Comfort working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with digital tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Oracle, or similar platforms.
