Missions and Authorities: * Ensure that a Lean Manufacturing progress plan is implemented in alignment with the Plant Management Team. * Identify problems and support organizational improvements by analyzing all forms of waste and inefficient practices within production processes. * Develop and implement new Lean Manufacturing standards. * Define change management methodologies within the production site. * Promote and cultivate a Lean Manufacturing culture within production teams. *Guide teams through process changes and improvement initiatives. * Coordinate the introduction of Lean tools across different departments. * Oversee the deployment of new systems on site and ensure proper implementation. * Ensure adherence to all Lean principles, system theories, and operational rules. * Contribute to the development and execution of improvement plans aimed at enhancing plant performance. * Escalate to the Plant Manager any improvement issues that cannot be resolved individually or with the Management Team. * Regularly update the Lean Manufacturing plan to reflect progress and adjustments. * Maintain and display SPRINT reports within the plant. * Share improvement ideas and best practices across the group. Main Missions * Facilitate and challenge Hoshin workshops at the plant level. * Lead and challenge Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops, focusing on reducing lead times and identifying bottlenecks. * Conduct VSM workshops for new projects to identify bottlenecks and improve process flow. * Lead SMED workshops to reduce changeover times. * Design and optimize layouts for new and special projects. * Support the identification and implementation of productivity improvement initiatives

Profil requis du candidat:

- Master degree in Engineering, Lean management, change management - Experience in automotive would be appreciated but in other industries as well - Fluent in English and having German language will be helpful
