Role Summary
In this role, you are supporting the Head of Delivery Operations and the Delivery Operations Manager and are a key part of the AT Lieferando Logistics organization, contributing to the performance, stability, and continuous improvement of the local delivery network.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide intensive support to the Delivery Operations Manager in achieving network performance results, such as on-time delivery, delivery times, undelivered orders, order rejections, and related KPIs.

* Continuously co-design and optimize the framework conditions for an efficient local delivery network, including courier compensation, utilization, assignment logic, routing logic, and cost functions.

* Implement and administer required configurations with the support of central teams.

* Evaluate potential changes from multiple perspectives, balancing analytical rigor with a pragmatic mindset, and communicate impacts to the appropriate stakeholders.

* Use analytical tools (e.g. statistical analysis, predictive modeling) to continuously identify segmented, zone-level network trends and insights.

* Develop recommendations and make network decisions based on data- and experiment-driven insights.

* Propose and support network experiments in collaboration with central analytics and optimization teams.

* Provide ad-hoc project support, such as playbook documentation, expansion into new zones and key city initiatives.

* Identify opportunities for continuous network improvement, including root-cause analysis of outliers and escalations.

* Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align priorities and share best practices.

* Support crisis management when required, with business continuity as the top priority.

What You Bring to the Role
* High confidence in working with data and analytical tools to derive actionable insights.

* The ability to be detail-oriented while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

* A strong passion for achieving results with a hands-on, action-oriented mindset.

* The ability to balance data-driven decision-making with critical thinking and an entrepreneurial mentality.

* Strong learning agility, with the ability to quickly master a broad range of complex and sometimes technical network tools.

* Passion for the courier, customer, and partner experience.

* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to drive outcomes beyond your direct scope of responsibility; ability to manage upwards and challenge the status quo.

* Strong communication skills to influence key (senior) stakeholders.

* Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and dive into details; you thrive in a fast-paced environment where rapid change and continuous learning are motivating.
* First experience in logistics or platform business preferred.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, business administration, technology, or statistics.
