Contribute to the growth of the (COMPANY NAME) Process Solutions Service business by providing accurate and efficient technical support to external customers as well as internal within (COMPANY NAME) systems maintenance and service on (COMPANY NAME) Process Solutions systems.

Actively working on all aspects of our (COMPANY NAME) Process Solutions systems for short- and long-term DCS engineering projects as well assigned corrective and preventive maintenance activities for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

- Develop sound and honest relationships with internal and external designated customers by providing accurate and efficient technical support.
- Respond to customer inquiries by diagnosing the issue and providing the most appropriate technical solution.
- Keep technically current with the broad HPS product portfolio.
- Provide solutions to both legacy and new systems, as appropriate.
- Respond to customer questions, issues, and inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Design system cabinets, marshalling cabinets, server cabintes.
- Perform power & heat calculations using (COMPANY NAME) tools.
- Work effectively with other groups within (COMPANY NAME) to provide customers with the most effective solutions.
- Design hardware Bill of Materials for our projects.
- Perform sites surveys to provide proper solution and Bill of Material.
- Order hardware components involved in projects. Follow up on hardware orders with 3rd party suppliers as well as internal.
- Be part of different projects for hardware upgrades, system modifications and additions, both on-line and off-line.
- Commission hardware at site.
- Participate in projects during Engineering, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and commissioning phases as required.

- Keeping pace with new product development, while at the same time maintaining expertise in the old systems, and in the interfaces/upgrades between the old and new systems.
- Knowledge on industrial automation, preferably DCS.
- Maintaining a highly satisfied customer base.
- Working and managing multiple issues at a time.
- Responding to customer inquiries in an efficient and accurate manner.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIRED / SOUGHT:

- Minimum a bachelor's degree in electronics, automation or process technologies.
- 2-3 Years experience in the system engineering, project engineering, execution, operations or maintenance functions within the industrial automation industry.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
- AutoCad
- Effective, honest communications capabilities (good written and verbal skills).
- Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal & written). French will be a plus
- Customer Service orientation
