As Junior Key Account Manager, you will support the Key Account Manager in managing and growing our business within modern convenience retail. Your role will combine operational excellence, customer engagement, and strategic support to ensure flawless execution and sustainable growth.

* Support the KAM in managing all business-relevant tasks for the territory.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

* Prepare and execute annual business plans independently.

* Manage assortment and range in collaboration with Marketing and Category Management.

* Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations under KAM guidance.

* Monitor and follow up on sales projects and initiatives.

* Coordinate internal stakeholders and organise meetings to ensure alignment.

* Assist with forecast planning for the relevant territory.

* Manage day-to-day operations, including administrative and sales-related activities.

* Prepare business cases, track project progress, and support negotiations and meetings

* Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in sales and account management.

* Eager to develop expertise in modern convenience retail (e.g., Carrefour Express, Proxy Delhaize) and learn how leading brands operate in this dynamic channel.

* Fluent in Dutch and French, with very good English communication skills.

* Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking, combined with excellent interpersonal and negotiation potential.

* Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented, ready to take ownership and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

* Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint, and motivated to grow into a data-driven decision maker
