Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of SalesForce Solution Designer to join our team
Main activities and responsibilities:
* Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to design and implement customized Salesforce solutions
* Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions, guiding decision-making between business stakeholders and implementation teams
* Attending meeting with business stakeholders in an Agile environment involves understanding their needs, defining user stories, to collaboratively estimate the effort required
* Work on new user stories and support requests based on priority
* Plan and perform large-scale data migration activities from various legacy systems to Salesforce
* Create technical specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations
* Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices
Required Qualifications:
* Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
* Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
* Proficiency in Apex, Lightning capabilities, Flows
* Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
* Understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing architecture
* Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience Clouds
