O Analista de Performance Comercial (Vaga Afirmativa para Pessoas com Deficiência - PCD) é responsável por fornecer análises consistentes, relatórios de performance e insights acionáveis que reforcem a tomada de decisão de vendas e trade marketing. Garantir visibilidade clara do negócio, da execução e dos resultados dos principais KPIs de venda.

Principais Responsabilidades:
* Monitorar KPIs: sell in, sell out, share por canal, aderência às mecânicas e ROI estimado;
* Construir análises ad hoc para identificar oportunidades por região, canal, cliente ou portfólio;
* Construir e atualizar dashboards (Excel ou Power BI);
* Planejamento e construção de mecânicas promocionais e garantir o alinhamento com as áreas internas (Trade Marketing, Vendas e Financeiro);
* Garantir acurácia das mecânicas e apoiar a validação da performance;
* Gerir planilha de controle de investimentos e verbas;
* Dar suporte à criação de briefings para materiais de lâminas comerciais e comunicações para ativação com parceiros;
* Auxiliar no entendimento do comportamento de cada canal (farma, alimentar e ecommerce);
* Atualizar e monitorar base de dados internas e externas (ex: IQVIA e Dunnhumby)

Qualificações Básicas:
Estamos em busca de profissionais com estas características para atingir nossos objetivos:
* Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Marketing e áreas correlatas;
* Pacote Office (PowerPoint e Word);
* Excel Avançado;
* Capacidade de traduzir dados em insights e conforto com alto volume de dados;
* Raciocínio analítico e boa comunicação com áreas internas e clientes;

Qualificações Diferenciais:
* Power BI (desejável);
* Experiência prévia de Trade Marketing;
* Noção de ferramentas de mercado: Nielsen, IQVIA, Dunnhumby ou Scanntech;
