Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Market Intelligence and Marketing Specialist to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role will be crucial in driving our marketing strategies and business growth across the Latin American (LATAM) region. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with marketing expertise to provide valuable insights and develop effective marketing initiatives.
* Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the LATAM region
* Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key market indicators and marketing performance metrics
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies
* Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to LATAM markets
* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization
* Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, consumer behaviors, and marketing technologies in the LATAM region

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred
* Solid and proven experience in market intelligence or marketing roles, preferably with a focus on LATAM markets
* Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
* Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau
* Experience with market research methodologies and competitive intelligence gathering
* In-depth knowledge of LATAM markets, business landscape, and consumer behavior
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
* Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is desirable
* Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and metrics
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail
