For our Service Team, we are looking for:
Field Service Technician (m/f/x)
Industrial Metrology
Region: Plovdiv

Responsibilities:
* independently perform installations, maintenance, repairs, and relocations of our high-precision
coordinate measuring machines and IQS portfolio
* conduct precision measurements and accuracy tests using the most advanced measurement tools
* successfully implement modernizations and modifications to our existing fleet of devices
* develop and implement effective technical solutions for complex customer requirements
* provide professional initial instruction to our customers on the functionality and operation of the devices to ensure a smooth start

Profil
* solid technical education in mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, precision engineering, or a comparable qualification (university degree is not mandatory)
* ideally, initial professional experience in technical field service
* strong communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented demeanor
* structured, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking with the ability to efficiently solve complex problems
* high customer orientation and willingness to work flexible hours
* willingness to travel (100%, Monday to Friday) is essential for this role - this includes potential overnight stays in the country
* openness to travel abroad for training and service jobs within SEE region
* good command of English, both written and spoken
