Job Description & Summary

As a Junior Legal Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

* Legal researches;

* Searches of databases in support of legal mandates;

* Drafting of legal documents;

* Submission of documents to authorities and obtaining of documents from authorities;

* Administrative support of legal mandates (making and maintaining files of hard/soft copies of documents.);

* Monitoring legislative updates for more senior colleagues;

* Other support of the legal practice of the firm, as may be requested by more senior colleagues.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in law;

* Proficiency in Bulgarian and English;

* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office;

* Excellent communication skills;

* Commitment to a long-term career in Law and consulting.
