Bank Executive Trainee - Sales & Product Management

Description du poste:

As a Data Trainee, you will support the Sales & Performance Management team in designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and systems that enable data-driven decision-making across the bank. The role offers hands-on exposure to data integration, transformation, and visualization processes while working closely with business units to ensure high data quality and accessibility.
* Assist in extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple internal and external sources into the central data warehouse. * Support in developing and maintaining automated data pipelines for financial, customer, and operational datasets. * Perform data cleaning, validation, and enrichment to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems. * Collaborate with data analysts and business units to provide structured datasets and dashboards for reporting and insights. * Participate in data quality monitoring and issue tracking across key data sources. * Assist in testing and implementing new data tools, scripts, or models in collaboration with IT and business teams

Profil requis du candidat:

* Bachelor's Degree or senior-year student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. * Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with large datasets. * Good command of English and strong communication skills. * Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies. * Experience is not required, but exposure to data projects or coursework is an advantage
