Job Description:

Supervisor/a de Obras Civiles (OOCC)

* Serás el responsable directo en terreno de supervisar la ejecución de obras civiles (movimiento de tierra, hormigón, estructuras, terminaciones), asegurando que todo se construya correctamente, de forma segura y según los estándares del proyecto.
* Actúas como el nexo entre la planificación del proyecto y la ejecución real en obra, coordinando equipos, subcontratos y especialidades.

Objetivo del cargo

* Asegurar que las obras se ejecuten cumpliendo seguridad, calidad, plazos y costos, mediante un control riguroso en terreno.
Tu gestión se centra en:
* Seguridad: que el trabajo se realice sin riesgos.
* Calidad: que cumpla planos, especificaciones técnicas y estándares QA/QC.
* Plazos: cumplimiento de avances y hitos del proyecto.
* Costos: control de recursos, evitando pérdidas y retrabajos.

Principales funciones

* Supervisar diariamente los trabajos en terreno (excavaciones, hormigón, estructuras).
* Controlar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional (SST).
* Coordinar subcontratos, cuadrillas y frentes de trabajo.
* Verificar calidad de ejecución (materiales, procesos, tolerancias).
* Reportar avances, desviaciones y riesgos a la jefatura de obra.
* Preparar y gestionar la entrega de frentes para inspecciones.

Funciones clave en el día a día

* Planificar actividades de corto plazo (semanal/diario).
* Detectar y resolver interferencias entre especialidades.
* Controlar avances físicos y cubicaciones.
* Gestionar no conformidades y acciones correctivas.
* Coordinar con inspección técnica (ITO) la liberación de trabajos.
* Mantener registros y documentación de obra actualizada.

Requisitos principales

Formación:
* Construcción Civil, Ingeniería en Construcción, Técnico en Obras Civiles o similar.
Experiencia:
* Experiencia en supervisión de obras civiles en terreno.
* Ideal en proyectos de gran envergadura (infraestructura, industrial o urbana).
Conocimientos clave:
* Lectura de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
* Procesos de hormigón y obras civiles.
* Control de calidad en obra (QA/QC).
* Seguridad en construcción.
* Manejo intermedio de Excel y AutoCAD.
